Miguel Gutierrez is a 1980 graduate from West Point. He has an extensive background in recruiting, career counseling, military transition support, talent management and talent acquisition programs supporting military veterans. Prior to joining WPAOG, Miguel was the DynCorp International Recruiting Manager responsible for recruiting activities to support U.S. Army, Kuwait military, Saudi Arabia military, and Indonesia military aviation maintenance operations. He is a co-founder of Military-MOJO, a veteran oriented career job conference company. Miguel also served as the Military Relations Manager at Lockheed Martin Corporation for 8 years. His 33 years of experience includes Fortune 500 companies such as American Airlines, Wal-Mart Information Systems Division, and Northrop Grumman.

Miguel branched Field Artillery upon graduation from West Point. He served with the 3rd Armor Division in West Germany as a FIST Team Leader, Fire Director Officer, and Battalion Fire Support Officer. Upon completion of his tour of duty in West Germany, he was assigned to the National Training Center at Fort Irwin CA. as a staff Field Artillery Evaluator where he served out his military commitment.
